Identifying Potential Suppliers

Tecs International helps to evaluate potential suppliers by investigating their existing quality management systems, and identifying their strengths and weaknesses. This evaluation identifies all unwanted risks to the customer. Correct selection of suppliers ensures that both the product quality and delivery schedule are not compromised.

Quality Management System Audit

Tecs International conducts the detailed quality management system audit, based on the requirements of quality management system (e.g. ISO 9000:2000) and identifies the level of compliance. The quality management system audit report helps customer in making selection of the future partners for their buying projects.  If required, TECS INT'L will suggest the necessary corrective actions for the non-conformities identified.

Engineering Back-up

To ensure that the samples submitted to the customer meet the requirements, Tecs International can ensure that the supplier conducts the necessary tests and verifications during the design and pre-production stages .  These activities will also saves the cost of quality problems raised during later stages with mass production.

Manufacturing Process Audit

Manufacturing process audit further ensures that the agreed quality management system is strictly adhered to all level of the manufacturing processes. The activities can also identify the potential problems, and help to work with the manufacturer for the corrective actions by eliminating discrepancies. These audits ensure that the manufacturer conducts the necessary tests and inspections and that these are satisfaction recorded.
